The Trade Fair for Packaging Solutions has a convincing range of packaging materials and supplies like paper, plastic, wood, metal or glass, and the small packaging aids for sealing and padding products are naturally there as well. Many exhibitors present transport and conveying systems, loading equipment, storage and order-picking systems, information systems and control systems.

Kortho's Evolis productgroep heeft onlangs het Certificeringstraject voor de Nationale Bibliotheekkaart met succes afgerond.

Korthofah is hierdoor gerechtigd om de officiële Nationale Bibliotheekkaart te produceren, de RFID-chip te encoderen en deze te leveren aan Bibliotheken.

Ten grondslag aan de ontwikkeling van de Nationale Bibliotheekkaart lagen een aantal strikte uitgangspunten.

In de kaart zit een radio frequente chip (RFid, ISO 14443a, MIFARE 1k Classic) waarmee de kaart contactloos tot een afstand van maximaal 10 centimeter van een reader kan worden uitgelezen. Om de privacy van de klant te kunnen respecteren is deze communicatie versleuteld.
