Knowledge and experience with labels |
Paper is used for labels which are important data carriers in the foodstuffs industry, for which Kortho has come up with many clever and efficient solutions. In the pharmaceutical industry Kortho has many possibilities for applying labels to bottles and blister packs, for example.
In the building industry we thought up a particular solution for applying a production code to the paper layer of roofing underlayment using the Kortho GraphicJet. But for coding and marking paper we are also completely at home in the packaging industry and the feed mill industry.

Paper is used for labels that are provided with variable information using Hotprint or thermotransfer. This can be barcodes, best before dates or batch numbers, but also a list of the product ingredients. In the pharmaceutical world many labels are used for bottles, for example, to provide a `use before` date and batch number.
In the building industry the paper layers of roofing underlayment are provided with a production code (GraphicJet), and paper that is used in the packaging industry is provided with an RESY symbol. This done using a Rollcoder. In the feed mill industry we print paper bags (25kg) with the GraphicJet (previously Rollcoder), but these can also be for milk powder or fertiliser.
