Several choices for coding and marking glass products
The industry for large-scale drink packaging is the application area for the small character inkjet. For smaller scale applications we have the solution with the use of the Hot Quick Coder. It is a well-known field of activity for Kortho.
In addition we have the knowledge and experience with more specific applications for other glass products such as pots (jam) and bottles (medicines) among others.
A nice example of an application is also the aluminium side profile sections that are used in the production of heat insulating and sound insulating glass. We have created solutions for applying the production data and other data using the small character inkjet.
The packaging of glass wool, known everywhere as ISOVER glass wool facade boards and blankets, is coded and marked with our large character inkjet.

Plug in a new Hotroll and the Kortho Hot Quickcoder is again ready for thousands of printing actions. The print colour can be changed by simply plugging in a Hotroll of a different colour.
