Completely automatic closing of the nozzle

The unique, fast and simple starting up procedure of the Continuous Inkjet printer is based on the unique, fully automatic closing of the nozzle, which is fitted as standard to each model Jet series.
Thanks to this property the printer can start immediately, without cleaning or extra maintenance and without preventative measures after switching off or before starting. With the seal the nozzle is automatically and hermetically closed. The nozzle and return pipe therefore do not come into contact with air, so that the ink cannot dry up.
The Leibinger JET printer is then also immediately ready for starting up, even it has been out of use for a long time. Reducing the downtime is the great power of the Leibinger inkjet printers from Kortho. In the concept behind the apparatus the focus is on short maintenance times and low maintenance costs, long service intervals and the highest reliability possible.
