Glass bottles, plastic PET bottles and tins are perfectly suited for coding with the small character inkjet. Because of the high production speed, contact coding is not possible, while the inkjet can easily handle 1,000 bottles of beer per minute, for example.
¬We export the Hot-Print technique on a large scale for printing the well-known cardboard boxes and cartons (Tetrapak, Combibloc). GraphicJet non-porous is often used, also for slower packaging lines where speed is less important and quality more important.
Of course for cardboard outer packaging, the excellent quality of the GraphicJet is shown to advantage, because of its graphical capabilities, but also Rollcoder also does good work here. A typical requirement is a high-quality print that is in keeping with the character of the contents. High graphical demands are made for wine labels, for example. With our GraphicJet inkjet printers excellent results can be achieved.
