Kortho proudly announces the availability of a Windows® printer driver. Direct printing controlled by a label design program is possible from now on!

The Kortho QiC Thermal Transfer and High-Res Inkjet printer series are the first product lines of Kortho that have been added to the list of printer drivers of "NiceLabel". The world market leader in software for the support of all kinds of print applications has programmed the software especially for the Kortho printer.

Kortho and NiceLabel have developed a Windows® driver, which can send labels with dynamic barcodes or QR codes, autocodes, logo's and images, databasing and even the most different true type fonts to the QiC Thermal Transfer and Inkjet printer.

By this unique driver from the world famous software producer, known or owned by almost every packaging company, one or more Kortho QiC systems, together with all other label printers, can be controlled from a central point, or different points. The choice is yours!

The use of the NiceLabel driver and Nicelabel Software for controlling the QiC Thermal Transfer and Inkjet printer offers several direct benefits:

• Printing autocodes
• Printing unicode
• Printing a wide variety of 1D and 2D barcodes
• Printing all kinds of true type fonts
• WYSIWYG design environment
• Direct connection with various type of databases or ODBC connectors.
• Connections with central management systems

When your label setup is finished, you are able to create your own operator screen to let the operators work in a user-friendly environment. In this way the operator can only see what is necessary to see, and can only make choices that are necessary to make. This will help decrease downtime of production to a minimum.
